WELCOME TO JUMP AND JAM ACTIVITY CENTER

Jump and Jam Activity Center is Minnesota's latest indoor trampoline and laser tag facility! We have over 10,000 sq ft of indoor trampolines and a 3000 sq ft state of the art laser tag facility all under one roof!

Announcements

JUMP AND FIT: Mondays and Thursdays 9:30-10:30am. Great whole-body workout that's also a lot of fun!! We will not be having Jump and Fit class on Memorial Day (May 27th). Starting Monday, June 10th, the class time will be 9:00-10:00am for the summer.

"Friday Night Live" every Friday 9-11pm. Admission $15 per person. Pizza and water included! Full use of the facility plus a DJ!!

Teen night continues every Saturday night! $15 per person from 9-11pm.

Come join us at TODDLER TIME every Tuesday and Wednesday from 10am-12pm. $6.00 per hour for parent and child. So much fun for the little ones!!
